Return and Refund Policy

At FYNX, we strive for customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, stating the reason for the return.

Return Conditions

• Returns are possible within 14 calendar days after receiving the product.

• A reason for return must be provided when registering your return (e.g., wrong size, product does not meet expectations, etc.).

• Items must be in their original condition: unworn, undamaged, and, if possible, in the original packaging.

• Please include a copy of the invoice or packing slip with your return shipment.

Return Costs

At FYNX, we cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the original payment method.
Any shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable, unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect.
